What is the ARTAS® Robotic System?
Follicular Unit Extraction, or FUE, is one of the best methods of hair transplant surgery for achieving natural-looking results. The hair is then harvested in a manner that should leave the donor site looking full and natural. Once a sufficient amount of hair has been harvested, the follicular units can then be placed at the transplant site using calculations of the precise angle and density that can achieve the best possible outcome.
FUE with the ARTAS® Robotic System can effectively treat hair loss with permanent results. About nine months after the procedure, patients should be able to cut and style their hair however they choose, with results that look natural even when the hair is kept very short.
