I was very nervous about doing this procedure, I was also skeptical that it would even work. I was referred to Dr. Arocha by a friend who had a procedure done in the last year, I was amazed at the before and after results that he showed to me. I finally mustered the courage to have the procedure done. First, let me say as a professional in the legal field, I am beyond impressed with Dr. Arocha's skill as a surgeon and an artist. This is not a "simple" procedure in the aspect of the complexity of what the Doctor performing the procedure is doing. It is frightening to think of the permanent damage and pain an unskilled or inferior Doctor could inflict upon a patient performing this procedure. My procedure was over 3500.00 grafts and actually spanned two days, I am afraid of anesthesia, so I was administered a mild sedative, yet I was awake during the entire procedure. It was painless!!! I did not feel any discomfort, Dr. Arocha communicated with me the entire time, The support staff was unbelievably talented and highly trained and skilled. I went to work the next day!!! The procedure was a tremendous success and I will be going back for another one soon, to cover density in a few areas. Dr. Arocha is a brilliant, skilled, artist in replacement surgery, he cares about his patients and performs an amazing procedure. I could not imagine a better or more skilled physician in this field, than Dr. Arocha. He treats you like a family member, his staff is professional, kind and informative, most of all Dr. Arocha counsels you on realistic expectations as to what can be accomplished and he lives up to every representation he makes. When considering this procedure, I would highly recommend that if you have the resources to have this done, DO IT!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DO IT!!!!! and use Dr. Bernard Arocha for the procedure, it will change your life and you will be in the most capable hands available in hair replacement or transplant surgery in the Country.

Dr Arocha is a skilled surgeon and perfectionist. After many months of research, I was fortunate to find him and his team for my 3rd hair transplant. My first two HTs--with another clinic--produced limited results and left my donor area with large scars and major areas of shockloss. My first visit with Dr Arocha took place in his satellite office located in Dallas. He is based out of Houston. And his facilities there are classy, spacious, and well equipped for HT procedures. His team (Craig, Maria, and Ed) is 1st class. During my consultation, I told the doc how disappointed I was with my previous procedures. Dr Arocha listened to my concerns and goals. He was an expert when it came to discussing realistic expectations for my new hairline and creating a long term plan to repair my damaged scalp. Compared to my last plastic surgeon--who had the worst bedside manners--it was night & day. Dr Arocha was emphatic, caring, and genuine. I traveled to Houston from Oklahoma for my procedure. Dr Arocha provides a discount voucher if you travel to Houston. Additionally, hotels in the area have "hospital patient" room rates, which makes lodging more affordable. During the surgery, I felt little discomfort and lunch was served, nice plus! After the procedure, the doc released me and Craig drove me to my hotel. Thanks Craig!!! The following day I had a hair washing and quick follow up. After that I was off...until my 10-day follow up for suture removal. - 5 out of 5 stars...I have only one regret--I wish I had found Dr Arocha sooner.

Dr. Arocha put me in ease about the procedure. I had both the FUT and FUE procedure done in a span of 2 months. The procedure was done with great care and the recovery was fast, 1-2 weeks as is normal. The team were friendly and put me in ease through the whole procedure/process. I am still awaiting my hair growth but from what I have seen so far (about 2 months post-op) it seems to be on track. I will post more in 3-4 months as I see my hair grow :)

I have researched hair restoration procedure for a few years. I found Dr. Arocha through Google Review. After initial consultation, I found Dr. Arocha very informative and authentic. He looked at my hair and gave me a very candid opinion about what can be done and expect with no pressure at all. I arrived at the office at the morning around 7:30 am at the surgery day. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was a little bit nervous about what will take place. But Dr. Arocha assured me that the procedure will be no pain and will be easy. Sure enough I only felt a little when they gave me shot at the beginning after that I did not feel pain at all. The operation room is very clean with nice music fill the room. I was at sleeping half of the time. Dr, Arocha was at the operation room doing the work through out the procedure. I was waked up around 12:30pm for a nice lunch break. And the procedure was almost done. I feel Dr. Arocha and his team has d one a great job. And I will recommend someone considering doing the hair transplant to consider to use this office.
